Who we are
We are an engineering, construction materials testing, and inspection services agency — and because we have over 45 years of dedicated service to these areas, they are our expertise. We work hard with our clients to find the most economical solution for their challenges, and no project is too large or complex for our staff to handle. We offer an unparalleled combination of education, experience, and expertise that allow us to deliver superior services for our clients.
In 2004, consulting firm DOWL established an engineering office and materials testing laboratory in Lander, Wyoming. In 2017, three long-time DOWL managers and lead materials engineers purchased the laboratories, equipment, and contracts from DOWL—and SolTerra Engineering, Inc. was born.
Our key staff has worked on wide variety of projects in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, and Wyoming. We participate in every aspect of a project to assure a quality product from the very beginning until the very end.
